We hope you love every Bébé Knows Best product you purchase. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of our products we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. So, while we don’t offer direct returns or exchanges, we’re happy to address damages and shipping errors so you can be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged items 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


To notify us of a damaged item or shipping error, you can contact us at info@bebeknowsbest.com. We will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping errors 
We want to make sure you receive exactly what you ordered, so if you receive an incorrect item, we will work to correct the error as quickly as possible. Please contact us right away at info@bebeknowsbest.com.
